Well, the answer to all this is what the Bible says today in one sentence: ‘Anchor yourself in God.’
Some rely on their chariots, others on their horses; but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. They bend and fall; but we stand up and stand. ‘
Take care of your emotional health.
Get informed, but don’t get carried away by the news.
Analyze everything you hear and everything you do in terms of eternity and the legacy you want to leave behind.
Plan your next steps, but don’t be overwhelmed by worries and ‘what if.’
