The fundamental feature of true believers is to transcribe into the practice of their lives the whole divine mentality and faith, values which they have understood and which they have knowingly chosen to follow. They are most often simple people but devoted to the authentic faith, like others who by their ethical, moral and righteous behavior qualify brilliantly to receive the title of ‘children of God’ on merit.
This particular variety of Christians, unfortunately less and less common, are easily distinguished from the ‘mouths’ of our postmodern world, where we meet at every turn people who try to convince themselves that only by easily declaring things they do not I understand they will reach the Glory of God.
Why do I say that? Because the direction that the Bible clearly traces toward each of us when it authoritatively regulates the life of faith is dermal: “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.” James 1:22 NIV
The true heirs of Glory are not content to passively listen to the Word of Truth from time to time, or because it is traditionally so, but they strive to apply all Biblical knowledge to the daily practice of their lives, realizing that in God’s heaven you can It comes only after living a Holy life!
In fact, in his distinct plea, the Apostle James continues this idea by reminding us that only ‘those who will look deeper into the perfect law of freedom and more than that, will persevere in it, not as forgetful listeners. But as doers of the work, they shall be happy in all their works. ‘
Motivated by these thoughts, it is necessary that we, the rightful followers of the Godhead, choose today to be real practitioners of the Bible, understanding that only in this way will we approach the Kingdom of Heaven and only in this way we will honor our Lord.
Be blessed!
