Fear, The thought of the day
Thought of the day:

When troubles, stress, or worries begin to arise in life, man’s first reaction is usually to move quickly toward a fellow believer, a place of comfort, or a shoulder to cry on. bitter.

We all do it instinctively, forgetting that the ‘source’ of true comfort is in God and that His goodness has been offered to us without money and without payment to each of us.

In this idea the Psalmist reminds us bluntly: (I quote) ‘Because you say: The Lord is my refuge! and thou shalt make the tower of the Most High to dwell in, and there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. ‘ (Psalm 91: 9-10)

But being educated in the secular mentality, I depersonalized the Deity so much that I transformed it either only into an archaic painting, painted fad in the minds of the already ‘weather-coveted’ generation, or into a philosophical chimera of the secular generation. , postmodern that is slowly taking over control of humanity through a dramatic paradigm shift.

So we cling to people’s hopes, knowingly forgetting or denying the Creator.

But by carefully analyzing and meditating on the teachings of the Bible, that wonderful letter that the Godhead addressed to mankind that he created out of love, we understand that it is much better to seek refuge in the Lord Jesus than to trust. in people, it is even better to seek the help of the Creator than to trust in the powerful ‘!

Wherever you are, ask Jesus to stand by you today, for by choosing him to be your partner, all your paths will be smooth, and you will succeed in everything you set out to do. !

Be blessed!

Thought of the day:

‘If God is for us, who can stand against us?’ (Romans 8:31)

This is perhaps one of the most well-known slogans or mottos for life, but it is often used incorrectly or simply in a mechanical and impersonal way.

In fact, wherever you look today, whether you are looking at groups of simple people or the complex organizations of the world, you will be surprised to find that each individual tries to define his or her identity or differences from others through a ‘motto’. , or through a set of values that describe its uniqueness in this world.

We all do it, regardless of the education or culture we receive, because in nature is hidden this unnatural desire to leave its mark everywhere it passes.

Keeping this in mind, and taking a brief look at the apostle Paul’s discourse, we can easily see the full essence of his mindset. Namely, the fact that God is in control of all things and in His divine love, He will use any lever to guide our steps to the ‘salvation’ of the soul (and also to the heavenly Kingdom).

But to get there and enjoy the fellowship of the Creator and His angels forever depends only on ourselves and how we approach life in a practical way.

So meditating carefully on your own person, now try to identify your motto by which you guide your life, or more simply, the ‘motto’ that defines your existence; but especially the mentality by which you chose to take your life to heart.

Then, understanding how you are, and what defines you in relation to others in the motley world around us, choose to live today for your God; enduring the suffering for a moment and enjoying the fellowship of Heaven.

Let the radiance characteristic of God’s children be reflected on your face, so that in every deed or word one can feel the elegance, the goodness and the Divine love.

Be blessed!

Thought of the day:

One of the most beautiful declarations of love addressed to man by God himself is found in the old book of the Prophet Jeremiah 29:11.

I quote, ‘I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected future.’

By refocusing our attention on ourselves, we find ourselves running desperately for the pleasure of the moment, often finding ourselves in the position where we do our best to please people to the detriment of God; those we consider superior to us, stubbornly believing that our future depends somewhat on their decisions.

We do it at work, in social relations and even in the Church, looking for the comfort offered by the moment we notice that those who lead us, whoever they are, are satisfied with the results of our activities.

One of the causes of this flawed mentality is that slowly but surely, post-modern Christianity has slipped into the hedonic lifestyle and thinking of the consumer society, in which man reigns tyrannically from the position of supreme king of the micro and macro-cosmic universe, and deity it has become just an archaic option, worthy only of the ‘old-fashioned’ minds of people considered too old and imprisoned in the past to understand the taste, pleasure, and ‘brilliance of the moment.’

However, choosing to get out for the moment of the ephemeral “soap bubble” artificially built around us by the strange intentions of the “ephemeral contemporary sages” driven by obscure interests, and who used the illusion of freedom to enslave us, we note that in each detail of this world is the imprint of a Supreme Creator, pre-existing and that He is in control of all aspects of the life of each of us.

Life, at the end of which even the illustrious opponents of the divinity begin to ask existential questions, marked by the expectation of the fateful moment, awakened as if suddenly from the disillusioned mentality that they followed and promoted with determination, but which proved to be a meaningless ending.

Be blessed.
